United Financial Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for United Bank (the “Bank”), announced today that the Company has completed its repurchase of 359,581 shares of its outstanding common stock, representing approximately 2.0% of the Company’s total outstanding shares, at an average price of $11.79. The shares were repurchased in connection with the Company’s previously announced stock repurchase program, which the Company commenced on June 25, 2008.
