Never heard of such a thing. My Prudential agent called me with a fresh listing of home not on the market yet. A real trashed home at a bargain price of three fifty. She said it would be a duel agency with her. I said I'd like to use my own agent from Sothebys. She said if you do that I'll have to place it on the M L S and I would have to compete for the home. Too late now. I could tell Pam was toying with the truth when she pretended to chew gum. Disclosures with agents? Never heard of such a thing.
